Apply Today for a Seat on the 2025 SCV Council!

The Santa Clarita Valley (SCV) Council, established under SRAR Bylaw, Article IV, Section 3. (3.3), shall act on behalf of the Santa Clarita Valley Region.  The purpose of the SCV Council is to create and execute programs to support SRAR members whose business is located in the Santa Clarita Valley area and to promote the image of REALTORS® through ethical behavior, adherence to the Bylaws, and objectives of the Association.

The 2025 Chairperson of the SCV Council will be Nancy Starczyk, and the 2025 Chairperson-Elect is Fred Tazartes.  There are thirteen open seats on the SCV Council.  Seven openings will serve two-year terms, and six openings will serve a one-year term.    

Eligible SRAR members affiliated with firms located in the Santa Clarita Valley region are invited to apply for a seat on the council. The application is available for submission with a deadline of Friday, December 20, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. Click below to apply.

Office Closure in Observance of Christmas & New Years Eve and Day

Modified Office Hours
Due to staff professional development on Monday, December 23rd, the SRAR Lake Balboa office will be closed from
1 – 5 pm and the Santa Clarita Valley office from 12 – 5 pm.

 

Christmas
Association services for the San Fernando and Santa Clarita offices will be closed on Tuesday, December 24th, and Wednesday, December 25th, in observance of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

 

CRMLS Technical Support will have modified office hours on Tuesday, December 24th, 12 – 5 pm, and closed on Wednesday, December 25th.

 

SRAR and CRMLS Technical Support will resume normal hours on Thursday, December 26th.

 

New Years
Association services for the San Fernando and Santa
Clarita offices will be closed on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, and Wednesday, January 1, 2025, in observance of New Years Eve and New Years Day.

 

CRMLS Technical Support will have modified office hours on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, 12 – 5 pm, and closed on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.

 

SRAR and CRMLS Technical Support will resume normal hours on Thursday, January 2, 2025.”
