Code of Ethics Requirement
NAR has mandated that all REALTORS must complete
a MANDATORY Ethics Training Program every two years.
The two year cycle began on January 1, 2017 and ends on December 31, 2018. All REALTORS must complete two-and-a-half hours of Code of Ethics Training within this two year cycle, according to the NAR policy. Failure to do so will result in suspension of Association membership until the requirement is met. The next cycle will be January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020.
